RENOVATION + NEW BUILD 

Our team collaborates with our client’s general contractors and architects on floor plan development and finish selections. This includes details such as lighting selections and lighting plans, millwork design, plumbing fixtures, flooring, hardware, cabinetry,  counter, tile and paint selections. During this stage of design planning our team will create a cohesive finish package to make sure the project runs smoothly. This phase can also include project management during the construction phase. Our team will work with the client’s own contractor and architect or we can bring in our own team of builders and experts.

FURNISHING + ACCESSORY DESIGN

Our team will assist with everything from space planning, room layouts, furnishing selections, window treatments, decorative lighting, artwork, paint, accessory selections and everything in between. This phase may also include light construction elements such as custom millwork design as well as flooring installations and would include project management and subcontractor management.  Our team will take care of every stage of the ordering process from tracking and receiving, inspecting and installation, creating a seamless process for our clients.

COMMERCIAL DESIGN

Our team collaborates with builders, property managers and business owners to create design solutions that align with the company’s branding and budget. All design ideas and selections are fully documented within a finish proposal, presentation boards and material samples. Our team is involved each step of the building process to ensure that every design detail aligns with our client’s business objectives and contributes to the overall success of our clients’ business.

DESIGN PACKAGES

FULL SERVICE DESIGN

Our full service design package ranges from ground up construction, small renovations to fully furnished rooms. We collaborate with the client’s architect and builder or we will bring in our own team to make our client’s vision a reality. Our design team will create a design plan and manage every detail from conceptual drawings to finish installation. Our team will be there every step of the way to confirm the design vision is executed as intended.

CONSULTATION DESIGN PACKAGE

This design package is for the client who has a broader scope of design needs and requires an extra set of expert eyes on their project as well as a perspective only an interior designer can bring. Our team will work with the client’s contractor and offer our professional advice as needed. Services can include reviewing construction documents, shopping with the client for finishes and building materials, furniture plan layouts, millwork concepts and elevations, paint color consultations and so much more.

DESIGN SESSION

This is an on-site, fast paced, two hour meeting designed to provide the client with real time design advice and solutions to give direction for the project.  During your in home consultation our team can select paint colors, furniture, accessories and sketch out furniture, provide kitchen and bathroom layouts as well as give direction with finish selections. At the end of the meeting the client will have sketches of room layouts, important design notes, and links to selections. The client will get inside information of what vendors to use and which to avoid, design tips and more. This onsite 2 hour design service is $350.00
